Machinery and technological equipment

To ensure the requirements for the assortment, quality and volumes of products supplied, we have invested massively in machinery and equipment, especially in recent years, so we have at our disposal:

  • CNC Lathes
  • CNC Horizontal Milling Machines
  • CNC Saws
  • CNC Grinding Machine
  • Welders
  • Nitriding furnaces
  • Paint shop
  • Electric furnace for heating materials for bending

All from renowned manufacturers DMG, Gildemeister, AXA, Studer, Fermat, Bianco or Rhode.

In addition, each machine or piece of equipment of a given type is at least doubled in the production chain to ensure production resilience to unplanned outages and to achieve high capacity and flexibility of supply (including the nitriding furnace). We can therefore handle all current production activities in-house, without reliance on external suppliers, thereby improving efficiency and reducing the risk of delivery delays.

Since 2008, we have used nitriding technology, which is critical to finalising the surface finish of high-strength pins for Putzmeister (the company's pins connect the boom arms for concrete transport). Nitriding is the chemical thermal hardening of the surface of high-strength tempered steel. The goal is therefore to make the processed product's surface as rugged and durable as possible. As a result, we can provide production for the German company Putzmeister without further cooperation with other subcontractors. This fact was evaluated very positively by the primary customer because we became the only supplier in this range with a complete technology platform that enables high delivery reliability. Only a relatively small number of engineering companies have their own nitriding technology.

We maintain strong relationships with suppliers of metallurgical materials for production (currently mainly IMG Nord and, directly, DAYE SPECIAL STEEL Co., Ltd. from China), with whom we usually conclude at least one-year contracts to secure the lowest possible material price.
